Ceratophysella isabellae "Yellow Albino" Springtails

Yellow albino springtails (Ceratophysella isabellae) are tiny, bright yellow soil-dwelling hexapods perfect for bioactive terrariums and vivariums. Measuring just 1–2 mm, these fast-moving clean-up crew members feature pale lemon-yellow to cream bodies with distinctive dark eyes. Juveniles start whitish before developing their signature yellow coloration. Their vibrant hue makes them far easier to spot against dark substrate than standard white or grey varieties, allowing you to monitor colony health at a glance. Equipped with a specialized furcula (tail-like appendage), they're capable of controlled jumps and thrive in moist, organic-rich environments where they help break down waste and maintain a healthy vivarium ecosystem.
