Cubaris murina "Papaya"

The Cubaris murina "Papaya" is a stunning beginner-friendly isopod featuring soft pink-to-peach coloring with white lateral skirting and distinctive pink albino eyes. This semi-translucent species reaches 10–12 mm as an adult and represents one of the hobby's first true pink and albino morphs.

These isopods thrive in warm conditions (21–27 °C) with medium-high humidity and a moisture gradient. They're prolific breeders and far more forgiving than exotic cave-dwelling Cubaris species, making them ideal for newcomers. Feed them decaying leaf litter, rotting white wood, supplementary calcium, and occasional protein like freeze-dried shrimp. Perfect for bioactive enclosures or dedicated isopod colonies.

Shipped as Juveniles, mixed.
