Cubaris sp. "Albino penguin" is a rare, slow-moving Southeast Asian isopod morph featuring a pale, subdued white appearance with reduced contrast. These highly secretive creatures thrive in deep, humid, tropical setups with a moisture gradient, cork bark hides, and rich substrate enriched with decaying hardwood and leaf litter.

They're detritus-first feeders that rely on decomposing organic matter, supplemented with occasional fresh food and a steady calcium source like limestone. Expect long periods hidden under bark or deep in substrate rather than open roaming. Breeding is slow to establish a thriving colony—making them better suited for patient hobbyists familiar with tropical isopod care.
