Cubaris sp "Bumblebee"

Cubaris sp "Bumblebee" isopods from Thailand are instantly recognisable by their striking yellow and black stripes. These docile invertebrates reach 1–2 cm and are perfect for experienced keepers seeking a visually stunning species.

They prefer warm, humid conditions between 22–26°C with 60–80% humidity. Provide a deep enclosure with moisture-retaining substrate, cork bark, and moss for hiding. Maintain a humidity gradient with both damp and drier zones.

Feed decaying leaf litter, rotten wood, calcium supplements, and occasional protein. A rewarding, long-term keeper's isopod.
